Unauthorised debit order
<p>Hello Peter</p> <p>I have been battling with my bank over a debit transaction that occurred on my account last week Wednesday the 4th of January 2016. After my bank investigated the matter they found that the debit order was process by Bonitas Medical aid company. I having trouble understanding why this happened for I have never had any dealing with them and have never given my account details to them in the pass.</p> <p>Below: are the details of the account transaction:</p> <p>Standard Bank: Stop Order R6057.00 BON ARRS ********** 6438; from ***. 2017-01-05 Query? ********** 107</p>
