Unauthorised Contribution Deductions

I would like to express my utmost frustration at Bonitas Finance or Credit Control Department. Last month (April 2022) Bonitas sent double contribution deduction from my salary thereby making me worse off by the amount of R5,614, as my monthly contribution is R5,614 but Bonitas deducted R11,228. This affected my monthly cash flow as some of my debit orders could not go through even though the excess amount was later reimbursed, thanks to Mutsha who assisted me then.

While I thought everything has been resolved, then “BOOM” come Bonitas again it deducted R8,468 instead of R5,614 for the month of May 2022. I have brought this matter to the attention of Bonitas (***, ***, *** and ***) and also copied the Finance Department personnel (Frazier Maduna). However, all these attempts fell into deaf ears. I am now writing to you Bonitas as these irregular or unauthorised deductions are REALLY affecting my cash flow BADLY and I cannot be held hostage by waiting for my funds to clear on your when your organisation is at fault by not sending the correct amounts to my employer. I have already sent copies of my payslip highlighting this discrepancy to everyone at Bonitas including to Frazier but nothing seems to happening. I therefore urge you for the last time to speed up my refund.
