Unanswered calls and poor whatsapp
I have been calling Bonitas for the whole of last week. Their phones just go quiet after selecting an option of being g a Bonitas member which is option 3. I tried their whatsapp and the whatsapp is just automated. Nothing g good about it. Please call me I need to speak to an agent. I'm tired of waiting my airtime for just holding. This is very bad service for tour members.
