Unanswered calls

I have been calling Bonitas almost everyday for the past two weeks with the landline just ringing and no answer. Eventually when a consultant answers they say they'll send you an email with application forms which you'll never receive. As someone who would like to join the medical aid this is the worst experience ever. I cant imagine what members go through when calling in for emergencies
