Unacceptable highest income allocation on Boncap
On the 20th of Oct 2015 my pensioner father submitted all his renewal forms for their BonCap medical aid, he was informed that the statements were insufficient as it was not long enough. Re-submitted to Samantha on the 27th of Oct 2015. As far as we were aware, all was in order.

In Dec we followed up and discovered that they were placed on the highest income bracket. On the 18th of Dec my father visited the offices and the supervisor Chiraas told my father he can either accept the situation or change his medical aid plan or move to another scheme.

On the 21st of Dec I accompanied my father to the offices. Chiraas told us that there's an outstanding affidavit required from my mom. This is the first we've learned about this. Chiraas also showed me that in September my dad received a high amount of income pushing him over the highest bracket. It is clearly visible that the funds were received from me and I told Chiraas that it not an income but for buying and setting up an electrical fence around my property.

Chiraas instructed us to bring in a new set of statements dating back 90 days. All was handed in the next day.
Today is the 7th of Jan, still no correction by Bonitas.
