Unacceptable
Dear sir, I had an medical emergency, I visited an out of network GP which I am allowed to, the dr said I should have an exray, which I did in their rooms. He found that I had a fractured clavicle and arranged for me to immediately see an orthopaedic surgeon, which I did. They paid only 80% of the consultation and refused to pay Dr Jansen and partners for the xrays, they say that the dr is no a referring doctor. I have written to them but still didi not get a reply from them.

06 May 2022, 11:26Claim Number *** was rejected, the reason they give me is that my funds were exhausted. Its the first time I fractured my left clavicle and also it require, additional stuff, such as pins and plating to hold the bones together. How does the surgeon suppose to put the bones together. Just fed up now
