Unable to register for medical cover.

Worst medical aid ever. I have submitted an application for membership, the switchboard redirect the call to brokers called Atfin Consulting. I have e-mail application and confirmed that they have received it. Followed up two days later and the application cannot be found. Decided to submitted directly to Bonitas, followed up after 48 hours no progress. Instead they referred me to another consulting firm called Tenda Health. Needless to say that my application is still not finalised. Please, please stay away from this medical aid they are completely useless. They do not need our business. Please phone me anytime so that I give you the full story before you go through the same thing. Deon ***.

I must add that Bonitas medical scheme is even worse than the consultants.
