Unable to listen

<p>I have been trying to get chronical medication covered for a dependant over 6 months,<br /><br />I have been forced to use up my day to day benifits paying for the medicine and now have been paying out of my pocket for something the aid is obligated to cover,</p> <p> </p> <p>The issue is that no one wants to listen... we have written mails, phoned and even the Dr has written a motivation,<br /><br />The aid will only cover Carbamazipene* and not the required Tegratol, the generic version has not been available in South Africa since Jaunary, yet I keep on getting told to make use of it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I tell you what Bonitas, if you can find the carbamezapine we will galdy use it, until that point I need to have the Tegratol approved.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am eagerly awaiting a responce but I'm afraid it wil just again be the same useless request I have been receiving the last 6 months,</p> <p> </p> <p>Tomorrow a refill is required once more after I have been fighting and wating for an outcome yet again another month,</p> <p> </p> <p>Council for Medical Schemes seems to be my only option as Bonitas doesn't care at all for their member's wellbeing</p>
