Unable to join Bonitas due to shocking service

<p>Exactly 3 weeks ago I submitted all the necessary paperwork to Bonitas in order to join their medical aid programme. I have not heard anything back from them, except for one email a week ago saying it is still being processed. This was after I had to call several times to enquire about my application.</p> <p>After my first phone call, which was just to find out if they had received my paperwork seeing as there was no confirmation reply from them, I was told it would take more or less 5 working days for my application to be evaluated.</p> <p>Well... it has now been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for a response.</p> <p>Thank you Bonitas for the shocking service.</p>
