Unable to instructions
The instruction was clear and in time, reduce cover from bonsave to Bonfit. Confirmed in writing and received new card. What makes you go debit me for Bonsave because there was reason for me to do that change. I feel so inconvenienced. Not sure what's the problem with consultants there or is it a training issue cause it's not the first time I request a change then it's done correct the first time. Always i have to fight. Annoying. Please refund the extra amount you debited I need it
