UN-HAPPY

I have been terminated from this medical aid after paying more then the new installment. This is not the first time and they are really becoming a problem. They do not pay in hospital blood test doctor bills as they should. They have really become a bid medical aid where you pay more and get less, even taking my baby to the emergency they do not pay in full they are always paying less or nothing at all. What is the use of paying for a medical aid if you have to make payments everything. I can't even get antibiotics with a script at the chemist for my babies and they only pay R40 if I am lucky.
