Requested bonitas to reverse a *****ulent claim 5 x, each time I have been given a different story. A consultant called Dikeledi said it can't be done, I must take it up with the dr. So then it means with Bonitas dr's can just submit claims that never happened and as a member there is nothing I can do. Ooh wow, that's really sad.
