I have inquired about medical aid on Thursday with one of your representatives. This morning I received the following message:
Welcome to Bonitas! Your membership number: is active from 01-Nov-2024. To download the Bonitas Member App, tap https://bit.ly/3V0fR4S
I have not received or signed any documentation agreeing to take your medical aid nor was I informed about the outcome of my application.
This membership is *******. It appears that this is not the first time Bonitas is breaking the law. Legal action should be taken as this is not only ***** but infringement on many laws.
