How long do we have to live with ****ty service?
I have a hospital plan with Bonitas. For months I have been trying to speak to a human being, since I have an issue that cannot be solved by digital means. All promises made for such a conversation to happen, I have been have not been met. Even promises via Hello Peter were not kept. It is totally disgusting.
