****ty service!!!
I have been trying to apply for a Bonitas medical aid three times already. First time, I app**** on the website and I am still waiting for a call back. Second time, I got through to a broker who sent forms to be filled, sent them back with a copy of my ID on Friday but to date I am awaiting response from Bonitas regarding the application. Your service is really pathetic I must say, what does one have to do to get a hold of you????
