Two months ago I have reported on Hello Peter that Bonitas had tried to ********ly withdraw two premiums extra from my wife's (Marliana) bank account November 2024 and that they had again tried to withdraw an extra premium January 2025
Two months ago I have reported on Hello Peter that Bonitas had tried to ********ly withdraw two premiums extra from my wife's (Marliana) bank account November 2024 and that they had again tried to withdraw an extra premium January 2025. However, after reporting this on Hello Peter, Bonitas stated in writing that my wife indeed owes the company no outstanding monies. But alas, beginning of April Bonitas tried the same again! My wife fortunately did not have enough monies for an extra premium in her bank account, therefor Bonitas were forced to reverse the amount and then went ahead and subtracted the usual monthly premium. Thus our advice to all Bonitas clients: Bonitas seems to be running by a few sly persons in their financial department. Watch your monthly statements regularly! Frikkie Neser
