Trying to change Banking Details

I have opened up a new bank account in a business name. I am trying to get them to change the banking details. I sent them everything they asked for the first time including what the bank gave me. I got a mail saying its rejected. I then went to the bank and they gave me a confirmation letter with a Standard Bank Logo and stamped.<br> Someone called me yesterday and asked if the company is the company I work for. I said its my company name. She said thank you. That was it.<br> I then get another rejection mail again today asking for the same thing. So i call into customer service (who have the worst service ever) and he tells me it doesnt have a logo on it. And it does. It clearly has Standard Bank Logo. I dont know what they could possibly want more. I am now trying Hello Peter to get someone that is competent enough to contact me to change the details. If it is not changed today, I will be moving my medical aid elsewhere. I have already contacted my broker for assistance in changing. There will be no money in the old account so it will be rejected debit order if Bonitas refuses to change the details.<br> Please change it Bonitas. Thank you
