Tribble Service and **** Information Provided

I am EXTREMELY Dissappinted with Bonitas Yes they are a great Medical Aid don't get me wrong but my experience with them was HORIBBLE !!!! I App**** for the Boncap Option which was somewhere in the R3000 per month which is what I could afford once I signed for THAT AMOUNT I then get a statement telling me I must pay Over R8000 which is almost my entire salary ???? I had already used a claim from them for my 4 month old who was sick and needed to see a pediatrician.......I then had to switch medical aids to a different Company ......I have had NO FEEDBACK regarding my refund for my Claim whatsoever........when u call clientcare they can't give u any information either !!!! 😡terrible teribble I am so unhappy and I was so hoping to be part of Bonitas! Hopefully they actually remind me my claims.
