TRASH MEDICAL AID- *****ERS
Bonitas Medical Fund is a trash organization. I changed my plan and now when I want to access my benefits they are not responding to me. I have called numerous times where i was advised to use the members portal but that thing doesn't work so as the the whatsapp line.
I cannot wait for the end of the year to leave this trash organization. Its unprofessional and I'm done wasting money on it. I can't even access GP consultation yet the year just started, how the hell do they refuse to pay a network GP and pay it R20. Where they expecting me to die before I go to the doctor.
I HATE THIS MEDICAL AID.. PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS TRASH

21 Jan 2021, 09:14Where must I provide my membership number as I said you not answering emails, whatsapp line, your app doesn't work and when i call I'm put on whole because for some reason your consultants don't have a clue about your products. I'm told to log into the members portal which I can not do. That damn portal says my details are not updated I have called so many times each time I'm told my query has been send to the website team but no one is fixing this
