Totally incomprehensible service!

<p>Bonitas embarks each year on income verification. This year both myself and my fiance completed the information and sent it in for verifiaction. Bonitas responded that my fiance's documentation needed additional documents. These documents I sent from my email and not hers. As all the information was re-sent this information was added TO MY PROFILE AS ME! I have effectively changed: gender; name; surname; etc. and NO-ONE even blinks an eye! However, the reason they rejected her documents was bank statements. This clearly outlines Bonitas priorities. I have requested resolution AND AGAIN they have done this! Earlier this year I was in a dispute with BONITAS over Prescribed Minimum Benefits that they weren't going to pay. After much fighting and going to Council for Medical Schemes I won the case and they paid. I strongly encourage people to look for a more competent medical aid as the service and knowledge of the administrators leaves much to be desired!!</p>
