TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH SERVICE
I AM SO DISSATISFIED WITH BONITAS' SERVICE. I have been calling them for the past 5 months, the issue has still NOT been resolved. I have requested for a team leader / manager to call me on many occasions to try and resolve the matter and still nothing. I wish I had not taken them up as a medical service provider. I am so disappointed in their service and their total disregard in trying to resolve my issues. Emails have been totally ignored, I WOULD APPRECIATE SOME POSITIVE FEEDBACK PLEASE
