TOTAL **** SERVICE FROM BONITAS AND THIER AFFILATES
I have been on the fund for year now , This is pathetic service , i have been going back and forth with a company handling their new applications , Currently a dependent on a medical aid , i app**** to be on my own with Bonita's , before cancelling i was told by a consultant that there will be no exclusions and waiting periods , now i have late joiner fees imp**** and waiting periods etc like what the hell .
Called the call Centre and the call was dropped on me . Is this the type of service we receive as paying customers , now im without a medical aid and im been kept hanging for a response ...... Utter bull **** .
Piece of **** medical aid company in my honest option
