TOTAL INCOMPETENCE

MEMBERSHIP NUMBER *** I have no option but to go for rating 1 - my choice is actually a ZERO rating, but the app doesn't allow for a ZERO rating. I've been battling to get a Tax Certificate from them for the last 3 weeks. Their service is pathetic and I am glad that my son chose to terminate his membership with them in July last year. I send email after email to them and receive these worthless automated "NO-REPLY" emails, then the whole process of sending emails start again. I called their Call Centre this morning to address my problem with them and asked for a reference number [whether it helps is another story]. Needless to say, they couldn't give me a reference number. I received an email this afternoon attaching a Tax Certificate, however I cannot open the attachment with the members ID number - this is the second time that this has happened. Can a competent staff member please email me the information with a personal email address or personal contact number. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!
