Took all my savings to pay for a prosthesis

On 01-01-2015 I received my yearly savings amount of R25127-00. The savings can only be used for doctor and specialist visits and over the counter medicine. In January this year Bonitas took this full amount of savings without my permission and paid it for prosthesis, which should have been paid out of the major benefits. I have asked Bonitas via E-mail to reverse the full amount back into my savings account but without success so far. Every time that I make an enquiry, they just give me another reference number, which does not solve the problem
