Too expensive

I really did not hv a problem with bonitas, but this sudden 30% co-payment for hospitals not on their network is too mu ch. My estimated due date was 26 dec and now that I went over my due date,I will be forced to cough up +-R11,000 which is not budgeted for because I will be birthing at genesis which they have removed from their network as of 01/01/2017. In a normal process, this copayment should only apply for future booking not for people who already been provided with the pre-authorisation number. I am really disappointed.
