To whoever really cares at bonitas
We have for over a month for an approval. It started with us taking our 3 year old to the dentist who advised us we need a procedure witch requires hospitalization. We proceeded to put through the claim with bonitas. They intern advised us to go with their network doctors. We proceeded to call all 10 listed dentist to find out who is able to do the procedure and none could . This took about an hour to do. We then called bonitas and informed them that none of their network Dentists are able to help. They said they would call and this took over a week for them to get back to us to tell us we can go with the first dentist we found. Then we had to wait for them to first register the Dentist. All the while we are in constant contact with both bonitas and the doctor. The registration process is still ongoing 3 weeks later. When we call hospitalization talking to a lady by Jenika we are given an attitude and told we can check on the documents from the doctors ourselves. As you can imagine this is annoying for the doctor. The we are told documents are there but missing an X-ray number. Then the X-ray number is incorrect and they are waiting for the correct one. All the while our 3 year old has had to miss school because of pain despite the nurofen , still pain and calpol we’ve had to use to ease a month of pain and also surviving on noodles for a month. We’ve been patient but feel bonitas is dragging their feet for us to give up. When we ask to escalate the matter the supervisor is somehow always busy and ‘will get back to us’ a month later nothing.
