Tired of paying for something I cannot use!

To say I am tired is putting it lightly! For the last 3 months my medical aid benefits have been suspended because the USELESS finance department has been incorrectly debiting my account trying to take 3 months premiums at once when all my premiums are up to date. I keep receiving different recon statements with different amounts when I OWE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I've emailed, I've called but no one can fix this issue. 3 months of my benefits suspended when I've been paying my premiums. I am now making a ***** report because this is too much.
