This fund sucks big time
Not even worth a single star. Pathetic to say the least. Send a whatsapp for speedy service and 2 weeks later still waiting for a reply. Looking for the number of the ombudsman to lodge a serious complaint.
Please make sure when you join a medical aid fund that you are covered for the illness which might be fall you 7 years later. We have now all become clairevoyant to see what ailments we will get.
