This Bonitas Marara is a ****

These people are so ***********. Three times trying to apply for chronic medication through their pharmacy on behalf of my wife. Each time I checked the progress I am being told a different story, its either the system does not pick up the application or the application is approved it is in the clinical department or the script does not have icd10 code. I even wanted to drive to their pharmacy because my wifes condition is very serious. Mind you, they are taking my money monthly without any fail. Right now i have already spent close to R1500 cash in two weeks only to buy the medication at local pharmacy . I cannot gamble with my wife's life while waiting for Bonitas. I used to hold Bonitas in high esteem back in the days but right now I am looking for an alternative. This Bonitas Marara pharmacy is a **** that is meant to generate money for Bonitas.
