I came off bonitas in March this year. They asked for my banking details to give me back my positive savings . I sent through copies of bank statements and identity documents as requested. I queried the refund numerous times and was told that it will be given to me into my bank account in July 2015 . Now they are bull ****ting me and telling me that it must go into my new medical aid . I'm now on my hubby's medical aid and it has nothing to do with bonitas . They are just a bunch of ******* who does not want to refund my money. They just making up stories cos I asked for proof of the law that states that the savings must go into my new medical aid and all I got back was an email regarding nothing relevant to my query . Bonitas is a ******** medical aid plan and therefore so many people have come off it. They are useless in all aspects. And their call center is the most inefficient bunch of idiots that I've ever tried to speak to. Won't waste my breath on them....ever!!! All I was is my R500 some change refund.
