Requested a quote and was asked to complete the form. After the form I got a membership number. Advised quote was not suitable and asked for another quote on a different plan. This was also not satisfactory and I advised them accordingly. Received confirmation of cancellation. AT THE END OF APRIL THEY PRESENT DEBIT ORDER FOR THE FIRST PLAN AND 1 MAY A FURTHER DEBIT FOR SECOND PLAN. I ONLY ASKED FOR QUOTES. SO IS THIS NOT THEFT? MONEY HAS STILL NOT BEEN RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT A BUNCH OF STUPIDS ARE EMPLOYED AT BONITAS.
