They're Basically *****ing My Money!

I signed up in August and since then it has been an absolute nightmare dealing with the finance team. As I'm typing this my medical aid benefits are suspended because I allegedly owe R11346, which is three premiums, yet I've been debited every month since August, and I've settled all failed debits via EFT. My November premium did not go through because they tried to take R11346 from my account when I currently don't owe them a cent besides my December premium of R3782 which is meant to go off on the 15th of December. But believe it or not I was sent a debit order reminder for R11346 again! And my benefits are STILL suspended when I don't owe them a cent. This is extremely *****ulent and I'm about to complain to the ombudsman because how can I pay for something that I'm unable to use all because the finance team is ***********??!
