They messed up my credit record

I was diagnosed with breast cancer April 2014, It was my worst nightmare in my life ,went for treatment and got registered under oncology, know I am in debt because Bonitas didn't pay all the amount for my operation, I fail to understand stand because I have money allocated for my treatment under oncology, I've send emails and didn't get any response regarding Dr Slabbert account, I've even called and spoke to one of the call centre agent to assist me,she told me she will submit my application .up to now no response.Now my name is with the debt collectors and my credit record is messed up. I've joined Bonita 2007 and I've never thought that my medical aid will put me into bad credit record after being their client for 8 years .I fail to understand stand why do I have money for oncology and that money can't pay the doctors because the oncologist send me to do the operation. What's the point of being registered with the oncology and end up in debt wile the are funds for my treatment.How am I supposed to survive cancer and also worry about how am I going to pay all the outstanding amount.Bonitas is killing me really im Depressed
