They have mastered Claim Rejection!! STAY AWAY!!!

They are declining all my kids injection claims because they say my kids are not on my dependent list?? i have 3 kids THE ONLY DEPENDENTS i have + my Wife... they can't match the name on the claim to the dependent name on my profile.. their names are Cara, Riko and Lian.. only 4 letters each.. Pathetic company.. they will do anything to not pay.. STAY AWAY!!!

For the past 2 years i have tried to claim.. no success.. always the same rejection.. claim rejected as This patient is not registered as a beneficiary.. I've tried everything.. dob .. id .. name .. surname.. u name it.. maybe i must attach pictures.. doubt if it will work.. plus they never communicate the rejection.. u must just guess.. if you phone to early they say we have a few months to process.. after a few months your claim is now too old.. so they cant pay it.. $^@#%# BA$@#$%@#!!! JUST STAY AWAY!! Save yourself from them.. I hate my work for forcing us on this pathetic excuse of a medical aid.. trying really hard to get out..
