They don’t pay for hospital claims
I’ve going back and forth with the medical aid since last year as they refuse to pay for my hospital claim of which I called got the authorisation number. Now I get different answers either the surgery wasn’t authorised or someone will get back to be. They not willing to assist as I’m sent from pillar to post

12 Jun 2025, 19:06I’m getting emails that, you reviewing the claim of R2500. The total amount that wasn’t paid is R16000, getting calls and emails from the hospital every other week and I pay my medical aid every month without fail. This is unacceptable
