This service provider likes to push you around from pillar to post just to get back your own money. They expect you to do they work and figure out what they did. I also have a call recording in which the Bonitas consultant advised me that Bonitas made the mistake and now when i follow up i am told i must accept that it was just transferred to another medical aid and i must go an find out what is happening when the initial instruction was definitely not that!
