The worst service provider you can find in this entire country

I have an ongoing issue with Bonitas who refuses to pay laboratory every time I am referred, and they always claim the referring same doctor i have used in the last 2yrs is not in their network. the strange thing is that 1. they paid his consultation fee, 2) he referred me in Feb, and they paid in June 2023, the question now is when he went off their list!!!
