The Worst Service

The Worst Experience. I will not recommend my family. For the past few Months Bonitas Just messed up my account due to failed attempts to Debit on dates prescribed. I have sent several emails when to debit. They still end up debit my account on the first of each month. I further sent an email to cancel the scheme as I now have another medical fund as per my employer they don’t get back to me as usual and deny that I previously asked to cancel. I send another email I want to cancel they still end up deducting money from my Account and I have no debi check mandate on my Account to reject or approve.

I want my money reversed and my bank chargers covered I did not ask to be debited!!!
