The worst nedical aid to be civered with in 2026 is bonitas

The worst medical aid to ever be covered with is Bonitas.

I am writing the second the second complaint on.the same issue.

First my daughter was involved in a car accident. Bonitas took more than a month to provide authorization number rvrn after my daughter left the hospital.

Now from thee doctors who examined my daughter while in hospital, from the R146 000 that they claimed, bonitas paid R38 000.

I havr been with bonitas from 2010 this is the firdt time this happens. Hospitalization has always been 100% payment.

As an old member i feel bonitas has misled me into staying with them when they changed so many things without informing me so i can have a choice of either staying or leaving the medical aid.

I am not happy with how you fo things now and i think its time i escalate my issue to the council for medical aid. Now i must pay medical aid more than R10 000 and when i need bonitas they pay 30% of the claim. It cant be.
