THE WORST MEDICAL AID IN THIS COUNTRY!
I WISH I COULD RATE THIS PLACE A ZERO BECAUSE THEY ARE NO WORTH ONE STAR.
Following my last complaint I received a very nice e-mail acknowledging my situation and promising speedy resolution as they were indeed wrong. (17 Feb)
This morning I get a dismissive mail telling me that I owe them the money anyway - no explanation, no statement, nothing.
COME FOR ME, BOMITAS, I AM SO READY FOR YOU!!!!
