THE WORST MEDICAL AID EVER
I added my 8 year old child on MY medical aid. only for them to impose a 3 months waiting period WITHOUT PMB. they also added her on as an incorrect start date as compared to what I did want. And literally this morning I paid in R6900 for my medical aid
You guys better cancel my medical aid and ensure you do not debit me. Other providers gave me a better offer with no waiting period. You guys r an absolute waste. This is not the first time I have placed a complaint against you. that's how terrible your services are.
Actually feel like reversing that payment today and not paying....
