The worst experience of our lives

The worst experience of our entire lives. Bonita's took double the amount on our policy and claimed they would refund us after 7 working days and they didn't. Everyday call after call they kept making up different stories and kept on saying they will get back to us and didn't. After using over R600 of my airtime and 10 days later my car payment didn't go through because what they did was unexpected. Not to mention that they always late with wife's chronic medication and she has type 1 diabetes. They have added so much stress in our lives and my wife has literally gotten sick from stress because of these people. Please please please don't even consider getting a scheme from them. We have decided to go with another medical aid and never again will we refer them to anyone in our family.
