The WORST call center in the world!!!

I found the rudest and unhelpful people at this call center. First they dont answer calls and it just rings and rings then they send you from one department to another!! I want to compare their chronic medications list with other medical aids but it is almost impossible! The brokers can not give you the information, the call center is not helpful either and you can not find it anywhere on the internet. I really concidered moving to this scheme but now I will not as there is no service and I can just imagine how it will be as a member is it is this bad as a non member!! I then rather pay more with Discovery and I know that I get good service every time!!!
