The most useless medical fund
The most useless medical aid is Bonitas by far, i know they will respond to this review as if i haven't been calling in and furnishing them with my details. Never consider being a member of this useless service provider unless you want to experience incompetency and lies from their staff

10 Jul 2025, 16:36I would seriously advice Bonitas members to consider their safety with the scheme that fails to pay a refund due in May, If they fail like this how safe are the members when it is time to settle their bills. I have never met such incapable, *********** and ************* group of employees, from the call center agents to team leaders who cant honor their words.
For The survival of the scheme the whole lot must be fired and bring in employees who wants to work especially those useless team leaders, supervisors and managers they don't add any value they are more of a hinderance.
