THE MEDICAL AID THAT DOES NOT LISTEN
Once again Bonita's is the medical Aid that does not listen. I billed to highest bracket amount on they medical Aid even though I sent them my income documents to verify my income not no confirmation was done because they have never sent me the form to complete instead it was sent to an agent and they gladly took the amount that suites them without trying to call or mail to confirm if the form was received by myself oh no they are just to greedy. I WILL NEVER RECOMMENT ANYONE TO YOU AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP AND I'M DONE WITH YOU I'D RATHER PAY ABIT MORE AND GET SERVICED!!!! IM DONE
