The benefits are a lie

I recently got my own medical aid and I decided to go with Bonitas and got on the bonstart plan. When I started their debit order didn’t go through and I got emails saying that I owed and my membership was suspended. I paid everything in full only for them to still have me suspended and there I was ill and unable to get medication. Even with evidence that I paid they still didn’t. I had to fight to at least get half the medication. Recently I went to the doctor again and all claims from my doctor and the labs were rejected but when I check my benefits it says I still should have those benefits but they refuse to pay out. At this point I don’t know why I am paying for medical aid when I still have to settle my medical bills myself they might as well give me back my money. I find their service delivery to be very poor but when it’s time to take my money they can suddenly communicate
