The bad service and poor admin just continues.....

This is a follow up to a previous issue where Bonitas handed me over for collection without first informing me of an outstanding amount. Then they didn't supply me with bank details to pay it when I requested, until I logged it on HelloPeter which made them respond. <br> I paid the outstanding amount and emailed proof of payment to Bonitas on the 26th of August asking them to confirm receipt of the payment, send me an updated schedule indicating 0 amount outstanding, and requesting them to notify their collection agency not to contact me further about this.<br> Bonitas has not done any of the above. I have not received a response, and the Collection agency Creditworx phoned me yesterday requesting payment.<br> For those of you planning to join Bonitas, please be aware that HelloPeter seems to be a normal administration process with Bonitas.
