The Absolute worst medical aid - especially the claim process

Terrible medical aid! The claim process is the worst and it feels like the drag the process out for no reason. I pay my monthly bill, then I still have to pay my medical practitioner and then the claim process takes weeks! So you always put of pocket while bonitas take WEEKS to pay you back. The responses are beyond delayed and they ask for documents you have already sent them, then they only start the claim process. Why pay your rate, then still pay the medical practitioner?? Useless and I will be canceling and moving to discovery and pay a bit more of a monthly fee but then avoid this ridiculous claim process
