Thanks for nothing

I called Bonita's re payment due to me. I don't understand why I keep on getting different dates for the payment and wanted to check if my banking details are maybe the problem. The lady explained that it's because my claim was rejected. I asked her but if my claim was rejected than why did I get numerous emails indicating that the amount will be paid directly into my bank account. She indicated again that the claim was rejected. I asked if she understood what I'm asking and she said yes. I said that I don't understand what she is explaining and asked to speak to someone else. She asked me to hold. I was holding on for more than 10min and eventually she dropped the call. This is the second time in one week that I'm getting this pathetic service from the call centre. Beef up your customer service Bonita's.

After the bad service and being sent from pillar to post, I receive an email from Bonitas indicating that my query is resolved and that my claim is paid into my bank account. The wrong bank account. This after I asked the customer service consultant if my banking details are a problem. If only she took her attitude and shoved it this could have been avoided. And guess what, I even included a bank statement. Eish Bonitas. I think you are really in the mood to loose clients.
