Thank you Luyanda

On the 6th of Jan 2025 I had the privilege to chat to Luyanda.She was simply amazing.She had so much patience with me and my long query. She went out of her way to ensure that all areas of my query was attended to.She even picked up something I was not aware of.She liased with other departments to get answers for me instead of sending me from pillar to post.She called me at the end of our WhatsApp interaction to make sure that she covered everything and that I understood.What an amazing human. Luyanda is a great asset. Thank you Luyanda for helping in the manner you did and not treating me like just another number or stat for the day.
